Box Office Xpress comes equipped with numerous reports. However, it has become very apparent that people value their own, often unique, type of reports. To satisfy this need, you can create your own reports using a report designer, such as Crystal Reports or the reporting features built into Microsoft Access. Other reporting programs could be used as well, providing they are compatible with Microsoft Access databases.

Crystal Reports provides a wide range of presentation-quality reporting features. Microsoft Access contains similar capabilities but may offer easier use, in addition to the ability to create complex reports for those skilled with query design.

Microsoft Access can be purchased at many computer software retailers (must be at least Access version 2000).
