Technical support is provided through paid support plans. Most, if not all, answers to customer questions and problems can be found in the software's Help System, or the above resources. However, about two thirds of our new customers prefer a support plan for their first year of using the software, primarily as a convenient security blanket.Keep in mind that, if you wish to contact us concerning a support issue, having a prepaid support plan will speed up the process.
